Account deletion

This page explains how to delete your Collectorium account, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to request account deletion

Account deletion is requested from within the Collectorium app (iOS and Android):

1. Open the Collectorium app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile tab.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is deactivated immediately: you're signed out, you can no longer log in, and other users can no longer view your profile or collections. This action cannot be undone.

What data is deleted or kept

When you delete your account:

• Deleted immediately: your ability to sign in, and access to your account via the app or website.
• Retained: your account record (such as your email address and username) and your collection data (the items you've marked as owned or wanted, amounts, and notes) remain stored in our systems, associated with the now-deactivated account. This data is not automatically purged.
